– Mav-Rik and Eleiko Bumper Plates
– Squat Racks, Jerk Blocks
Our general lifting area is equipped with:
– Forza Bench Press
– Various Nautilus, Hammer Strength, and Life Fitness machines
– Treadmills, Exercise Bikes, and an elliptical
– Dumbbells up to 160 lb

Q: Do I need to schedule an appointment to come in and train?
A: No! Our gym operates in an Open Gym format, so you can come in anytime during our hours (8am-10pm weekdays, 8am-6pm weekends)
Q: Does a membership give me access to the Olympic lifting room?
A: Yes! A membership gives you full access to both the Olympic lifting room and general lifting area, you get free rein of the gym!
Q: I’m a complete beginner! Could I come and try the Olympic lifts?
A: Yes! If you’ve never performed the Olympic lifts, we offer private Weightlifting lessons catered to all experience levels. When starting from a blank slate, it’s best to learn the correct movements right away (rather than acquiring bad habits early on and having to back track just to fix them!) Many of our lifters first exposure to the Olympic lifts was from coming to our gym.
Q: Am I allowed to follow my own/outside programming?
A: Yes! Whether you have someone else writing your own training, or you’re writing your own, if you’re a member of our gym you are welcome to perform your own routine. If you’re looking for individualized coaching/programming from our gym, email firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
